I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my sales contract for the following good, in accordance with Articles 102 to 108 of the TRLGDCU and Section B of our Terms and Conditions of Sale .
This form is reserved for end consumers purchasing in a personal capacity. You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise this right, without needing to justify the reason.
Before continuing
For us to process your return request due to withdrawal, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging and with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. If it shows signs of excessive use, improper handling, or deterioration, we may reject the return request or apply a depreciation to the amount to be refunded.
In addition, in accordance with Art. 103 TRLGDCU, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal: personalized or custom-made products, photochemical or perishable products (developing), photographic film or other consumables sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed, sealed audio/video recordings or sealed software that has been unsealed, and products inextricably mixed with other goods after delivery.
If your product falls into any of these cases, we will still process your request, but the withdrawal may not be applicable.
