Canon Image PROGRAF PRO-4600 – 44″/111.7 cm

This model is designed specifically for professional photography, graphic design and fine art reproduction, and its innovative ink system is the heart of its performance for the following reasons:

• Exceptional colour accuracy: By using 12 colours (including special inks such as red, blue, two shades of grey and a chroma optimiser), it achieves a very wide colour gamut. This results in very smooth tonal transitions, vivid colours and incredibly realistic skin tones.
• Much deeper blacks: The new formulation of its matte black ink reduces light scattering, achieving superior black density. This is vital so as not to lose detail in the darkest and most shaded areas of an image.
• Extreme durability (scratch-resistant): This generation of inks includes wax in its formulation, which makes prints significantly more resistant to abrasion and scratches. They also offer very high fade resistance, promising to keep artworks in perfect condition for up to 200 years under optimal conditions.
